Bread Order Form for week of December 11

Do not order online after 8:00 PM on Sunday, Dec 10.  Call for availabilty after this time (935-3407).

Bread may be picked up at our location late in the day we are baking. (5:00-6:00 PM).  Be sure to check that we are baking the variety you order!

I have LOW CARB BREAD MACHINE MIXES available.  Please inquire if interested.
